Grace. I know some folks who just have it. I have to work at it. I try to err on the side of it...and I often fail. It's an essential leadership trait, from it we get "teaching moments," and "coaching,"...but it is not respected. It is often seen as weakness, and taken advantage of. Grace does not mean you have to be a doormat, but it does mean that you always err on the side of growing the other. It may prove to be my downfall, but I will continue to seek to grow towards that day when it can be said of me, "he just had it."
